Common questions

How do I delete my account?

Open the App and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Your account, food logs, photos, and all associated data are removed from our servers within 30 days. See our Account Deletion page for full details.

How do I get a refund?

Subscriptions and refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund through your Apple account.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On your iPhone, open Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions, tap Food Secret, and choose Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Found a bug or have a feature idea?

Use Settings → Send Feedback inside the App, or email info@food-secret.com. Reports sent from inside the App automatically include diagnostics that help us reproduce the issue.

Which devices are supported?

Food Secret requires iOS 18 or later and is currently iPhone-only.

Does Food Secret work with Apple Health?

Yes. With your permission, the App reads active energy from Apple HealthKit to adjust your calorie targets and can write calories and macronutrients from logged meals back to HealthKit. HealthKit data is never sent to our servers or shared with third parties.
